How do I scan a coin?

Go to the Scan page, tap the upload area, and select a clear photo of your coin. The AI will analyze it and return a detailed report.

How many free scans do I get?

Every user gets 4 free scans with no account required. After that, you can subscribe starting at $0.99 for 5 additional scans.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through PayPal. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time from your PayPal account under "Automatic Payments."

Why did my scan not detect an error?

Make sure your photo is well-lit, in focus, and shows the full coin on a plain background. Blurry or dark photos reduce detection accuracy. See our photography guide for tips.

Is my data private?

Yes. We do not sell your data. Scan images are stored securely and used only for your analysis. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use ErrorHunter on my phone?

Yes. ErrorHunter works in any modern mobile browser. You can also add it to your home screen as an app from your browser menu (Add to Home Screen).

I have a promo code. How do I use it?

Look for the "Have a Code?" link in the navigation on the main app page. Enter your code there to redeem bonus scans.
